ma sai esattamente cosa sono e quanto possono essere dannosi per te e per l&#8217;ambiente?<\/p>\n<p>I COV (o composti organici volatili, per dargli il loro nome completo) sono sostanze che bollono, o rilasciano vapore, a basse temperature. Nel mondo delle vernici, prodotti sintetici vengono aggiunti ad alcune vernici per favorire l&#8217;asciugatura&#8230; vaporizzando i liquidi nella vernice per ottenere una finitura indurita nel pi\u00f9 breve tempo possibile. Non possiamo sottolineare abbastanza quanto sia ecologica e sana rispetto alle vernici petrolchimiche. <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;essiccazione avviene tramite ossidazione (esposizione a luce UV e ossigeno), quindi non abbiamo bisogno di solventi. Nessun solvente significa niente COV. Molti grandi marchi di vernici offrono vernici a base d&#8217;acqua per esterni. Non fatevi ingannare, per\u00f2, queste vernici non sono affatto a base d&#8217;acqua. Possono essere diluite con vernice perch\u00e9 sono stati aggiunti degli emulsionanti per rendere ci\u00f2 possibile. Non c&#8217;\u00e8 assolutamente nulla di naturale in questo processo o negli ingredienti. Anche se pu\u00f2 significare che c&#8217;\u00e8 una riduzione di COV in queste vernici, le &#8220;nuove&#8221; sostanze chimiche aggiunte per rendere ci\u00f2 possibile sono a volte anche peggiori.
